Class Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received. Spots are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Refunds

Due to the small group nature of our classes, refunds are not guaranteed once a session has been booked. However, we aim to be understanding. If you need to cancel before the session begins, credit toward a future class may be offered at our discretion. No refunds for missed classes once the session has started, though a class credit may be offered at our discretion.

Missed Classes

Make-up classes are not guaranteed, though will be offered at our discretion. When possible, we may provide a brief summary of missed content​ and any class materials offered.

 

Cancellations by Tiny Hands Talking LLC

If a class is canceled by us (e.g., illness, emergency, low enrollment), you will be offered a full refund or a credit toward a future session.

We understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable. While we maintain these policies to keep classes running smoothly, we aim to handle situations with kindness and flexibility whenever possible.
