Welcome to Tiny Hands Talking. By registering for classes, using this website, or participating in our programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Educational Disclaimer
Tiny Hands Talking LLC provides play-based early communication classes designed to introduce children of all ages and abilities to American Sign Language and special interest development. It is not a licensed childcare service, therapy program, or medical/diagnostic service. Every child develops communication skills at their own pace. Our classes are supportive tools for early communication and connection but do not guarantee specific developmental outcomes.
Parent Responsibility
Parents or caregivers must remain present and are fully responsible for supervising their child at all times during class. By participating, you agree that you are fully responsible for your child's safety and behavior and that you will remain on-site and engaged during the session.
Registration & Payment Policy
Payment in full is required to reserve a spot. Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is received. Enrollment in all classes are first-come, first-served as spots are limited. We reserve the right to deny or cancel registrations at our discretion.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for missed classes, though, credit toward a future session may be offered at instructor discretion. A full refund or class credit will be provided in the event that a session must be canceled by Tiny Hands Talking LLC.
Missed Class Policy
Missed classes are not guaranteed to be made up. Materials or summaries may be provided when possible.
Safety / Behavior
To protect all families, please do not attend if your child (or you) are experiencing symptoms of illness. Tiny Hands Talking LLC is not liable for injuries, illness, or accidents occurring during class participation. You agree to participate at your own risk. We strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all. The instructor reserves the right to remove any participant if behavior is disruptive or unsafe to others, without refund.
Media Release
Photos or videos may be taken during class for educational or promotional purposes. Please notify instructor if you prefer your child not be included. Without prior notification, you consent to the use of any photos or videos taken.
Liability
Participation is at your own risk. The instructor, facility, or any facility associations are not liable for injuries or accidents that may occur during class.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information, except as necessary to comply with legal requirements.

By using our website, you agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the site and not to copy or distribute content without permission. All content is the property of Tiny Hands Talking LLC.
